More often, they leave because of <strong>lack of access, visibility, and advocacy<\/strong>.<\/p><p id=\"ember56\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The data supports this. Research consistently shows that people from marginalised groups:<\/p><ul><li>receive fewer stretch opportunities<\/li><li>are less likely to be sponsored or championed<\/li><li>experience biased assumptions about readiness or potential<\/li><li>are left out of informal networks where influence is built<\/li><\/ul><p id=\"ember58\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">These aren\u2019t capability gaps. They are <strong>system gaps<\/strong>.<\/p><p id=\"ember59\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">And when talented people repeatedly feel unseen, unheard, or uninvited to the table, they make the only logical choice available: They take their potential somewhere it can breathe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ee383d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0ee383d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What Lioness Leaders Do Differently<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ace1740 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ace1740\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p id=\"ember61\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">In the natural world, the pride is strongest when <strong>every lioness hunts, learns, and leads<\/strong>. Strength is shared. Opportunity is collective. No lioness is left on the margins.<\/p><p id=\"ember62\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Lioness Leaders bring the same philosophy into their teams.<\/p><p id=\"ember63\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">They understand that diversity without belonging is simply optics. Retention without development is an illusion.
