    We all make compromises, but some cost more than others. Are there behaviours, patterns, or decisions you\u2019ve begun to tolerate that leave you feeling uneasy or depleted?<\/p>

    2. When was the last time I felt proud, not just of what I achieved, but how I achieved it? <\/strong><\/h5>

    Success is not always the same as integrity. Think back to the moments you felt most you<\/em> as a leader. What made those moments different?<\/p>

    3. Am I making space for reflection, or just running on reaction? <\/strong><\/h5>

    When leadership becomes purely reactive, we lose the ability to lead from within. Have you created room in your week to pause, reconnect, and assess\u2014not just your outputs, but your direction?<\/p>

    4. Where have I stayed silent when I wanted to speak? <\/strong><\/h5>

    Integrity isn\u2019t just about what we do\u2014it\u2019s also about what we withhold. Where have you held back your truth? And what was the cost?<\/p>

    5. What do I need to return to myself? <\/strong><\/h5>

    Sometimes the answer isn\u2019t another tool or strategy\u2014it\u2019s rest. Stillness. Support. What would help you feel more aligned, more whole, more at peace?<\/p>

    These questions aren\u2019t designed to create guilt. They\u2019re designed to bring clarity.<\/p>
