I help organisations and individuals optimise Inclusive practice and self agency to improve their outcomes, client experiences and use of resources. My personal and professional experiences as one of the few Black leaders in healthcare have shaped my approach to inclusive practice and self agency. This drives my public speaking and consultancy work where I seek to optimise leadership and resilience in people and organisations. My commitment to equality of opportunity and self agency is reflected in my determination to support others by actioning the call to “lift as you climb”.
