The Oxford English dictionary defines ‘Transitioning’ as

"the process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another"

But transitioning is not always easy, sometimes changes are not the ones we want to happen, sometimes adjusting to a change, even when we wanted it, is more difficult than we thought it would be.
